hurting others
to tell someone not to fall in love you is I admit, a little mean. but its a very honest and thoughtful thing to say. If coming from the person who told you not to they may be thinking: I like you I love you (as a friend) but i dont see myself falling in love with you for one reason or another or maybe the person doesnt even have a reason at all! The way I see it, the person may be thinking more about he person they are actually telling, getting them prepared for what may happen if they did fall in love. It may hurt when someone says that but at the same time one must concider how much more they may hurt if they were to fall in love with the person to find out that they arent and never were. but at the same time i can see where the other person is coming from because they have feelingst for the person and just hearing something like that is kinda messed up. Honesty is better than a like in my personal opinion and if i had to be the one told that, if the person had some sort of idea that they knew how they felt about me, good or bad. id rather they told me straight up instead of wasting my time and feelings. I mean, i might not be friends with the person after that, depending on the situation… but yea.
